Diversity

RWHRMA values the diversity of its members and the unique perspectives that they bring to the chapter.  As such, we strive to recruit diverse professionals into our membership and leadership roles.  RWHRMA is also committed to promoting workplace diversity.  As human resource professionals, we are faced with both challenges and opportunities by an increasingly diverse workforce.  In addition to participating in initiatives that support diversity issues, the chapter offers programs that both educate members on diversity issues and equip them to achieve diversity in their respective workplaces.

If you are interested in joining our diversity committee, please contact Shontera Gillespie-Coleman our Diversity Director.
