Professional to Professional Mentoring

A good mentor can help you unlock your potential and set you on a path to professional success. Mentoring can be the career fuel you need to get to the next level.

 SHRM Mentor Program helps members on both sides of the mentoring equation. It allows less experienced HR professionals to take advantage of the knowledge and expertise of those who have been there, done that. It also allows those more-seasoned professionals to impart their wisdom and experience to someone who needs it.

 This Web-based mentoring process guides the mentee through assessing his/her development needs, finding a suitable mentor from a dynamic database, and creating a mentoring agreement. It also supports the participants through utilities such as messaging and calendar functions, allowing for collaborative discussions and easy planning and scheduling.

College Student Mentoring
