Chapter Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning Committee was initiated with a team consisting of several Past Presidents to develop and writea three-year strategic plan for the Chapter, to provide ongoing strategic evaluation, and serve as an advisory panel to the Board for special projects.

The plan includes the strategic initiatives for the year as well as any environmental scan data. The strategic plan was presented to the Board at the regular board meeting, in draft form, for review and approval. Upon approval, the Board committed to anannual review and updating of the plan, as well as to incorporate the plan into all major decision-making, especially regarding the allocation of the Chapter’s resources.

In 2009, the Strategic Planning committee will seek to engage Senior Level members to begin the planning process for the 2010 - 2012 Strategic Plan.  Please contact the Strategic Planning Co-Chair to get involved in shaping the future of our chapter.
