Raleigh-Wake HRMA is a 100% SHRM Affiliated Chapter and is operated under established policies, procedures and by-laws as required by our chapter, by the State of North Carolina and by SHRM.  

The 2008 RWHRMA Board of Directors put forward PROPOSED Bylaw Revisions.  The Board believes these revisions further aligned our chapter with SHRM's membership categories, allow for a more responsive and streamlined new membership approval process, clarify volunteer board member criteria and provide a few wording adjustments.  These revisions were submitted for review/approval by SHRM. 

Effective 10/28/2008, these proposed bylaws were approved via membership ballot and by SHRM review.  Click here for approved bylaws.
