Event & Website Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring a Raleigh-Wake meeting is an excellent way to market your organization to our members.  In addition to creating visibility for your company among 600+ members, sponsorship provides you the opportunity to educate local HR professionals about the products and services your company provides.  Our members represent a variety of businesses and industries from Raleigh, North Carolina and the surrounding areas.  Additional demographics are available via the demographic quick link to the left.

Monthly Meeting Sponsor - These sponsorships are available at our chapter’s monthly meetings, typically held the third Tuesday of each month at the Women’s Club off Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, NC.  These widely attended meetings average 115 participants.  Meetings last from approximately 11:30am to 1:00pm.

  • Sponsorship recognition in our online newsletter, including approximately two paragraphs describing your company, products or services emailed to over 600 members
  • Sponsor Company logo and link will appear on the RWHRMA website from the date payment is received through the end of the year of your sponsorship
  • Highly visible display table at the sponsored meeting
  • Three-four minute verbal "advertisement" during the meeting introduction
  • Collection of business cards, if you choose to offer a door prize
  • Lunch for up to two company representatives at the meeting
     
• Dessert & Coffee Bar Sponsor
  • Sponsorship recognition in our online newsletter which is emailed to over 600 members
  • Sponsorship recognition on participant tables via table tent signage
  • Ability to place collateral materials on luncheon tables
  • Verbal recognition during the meeting introduction (presented by the RWHRMA Programs Chairperson)
  • Lunch for one company representative at the meeting

Compensation & Benefit Program Sponsor - Sponsorships are available for our quarterly Compensation & Benefit Programs.  These programs last from approximately 8:00am to 11:00am (may vary depending on presenter).

• Sponsorship recognition in our online newsletter, including approximately two paragraphs describing your company, products or services emailed to over 600 members
• Recognition, including logo placement, on our popular website
• Highly visible display table at the forum
• Three-four minute verbal "advertisement" during the meeting introduction
• Collection of business cards, if you choose to offer a door prize 
   

Masters Series Program Sponsor - Sponsorships are available for our Masters Series programs (2, 3 or 4 yearly).  These programs generally run from approximately 8:00am to 11:30am (may vary depending on presenter).

• Sponsorship recognition in our online newsletter, including approximately two paragraphs describing your company, products or services emailed to over 600 members
• Recognition, including logo placement, on our popular website
• Highly visible display table at the sponsored meeting
• Three-four minute verbal "advertisement" during the meeting introduction

Diversity Conference Sponsor - We have various sponsorship opportunities available for our Diversity Conference in October 2009.

SHRM Foundation Golf Tournament Sponsors - Many different levels and types of sponsorships are available for this event held annually in July at Prestonwood.  Click here for more information about the Golf Tournament.

Spring Social - Each year RWHRMA holds a Spring Social for its members.  It is a great opportunity for members to network and socialize with other RWHRMA members.  Generally, there is some type of entertainment (live music, poker tables etc.) as well as hors d'oeuvres and beverages.  There may also be a silent auction and raffle.  Multiple Minor Sponsors needed to donate door prizes and silent auction items.     Major Sponsor(s):

Fall Open House - Each year RWHRMA holds Open House during the fall.  This is an opportunity for at-large SHRM members, HR professionals not affiliated with SHRM or a local chapter, service providers, and vendors to find out about RWHRMA Chapter Programs.  This event is normally free for non-members and there is a charge for existing members who attend.

• Highly visible display table at the sponsored meeting OR sign and materials. (Sponsor preference)
• Recognition in materials associated with the Fall Open House.
