Visitor and Guest Registration Page for Monthly Meetings
Members may access member pricing options directly from the calendar of events monthly meeting details but must be logged into the website to register with member pricing. If you are member and can not log in, please contact our member adminstrator.
Guests/vistors are welcome to attend any of our events. For monthly meetings, advance registration will be available beginning the 1st of each month for the current month's meeting. Details can be located on the calendar of events under the specific meeting date.
Registration Reminders:
- Registration closes at 5:00 PM on the Friday before the monthly meeting.
- If you will not be able to attend a meeting you register for, be reminded that you may send a substitute in your place.
- Refunds are not available if pay and do not attend.
- If you register to pay at the door and do not attend, you will be billed for the missed meeting.
- Cancellations must be received by Sunday at 5:00 PM to avoid the missed meeting fee.
- Cancellation email must be sent to Kistina Freeman by Sunday at 5:00 PM: kfreeman@mclaurinparking.com
Registration, Networking and Lunch Buffet start at 11:30 AM. Chapter Business and Program begin at Noon. When meetings are pre-approved for HRCI credit, program will start about 12:15 and conclude at 1:15 including time for Questions/Answers.
(Note: The July monthly meeting is generally a breakfast meeting starting at 8:30 AM - verify time on the calendar of events)
